I have been servicing my 1995 F150 here for a couple of years now and I have to say the team here went above and beyond to make sure my truck is fixed. Including spending several hours procuring parts that don't exist anymore and keeping me within my budget.

I loved my experience at North East Ford. From the very first phone call we we treated warmly and felt welcome. When we arrived to see the truck, Ashley greeted us by name - and the best part was that the entire dealership worked as a single unit, collaboratively, to answer questions, to provide insight, and applied zero pressure. The communication was impeccable, personal, and transparent. Every single financial item was illustrated and shown, on screen, and this transparency made the process one that that left us happy - and even excited. I have never had an experience like the one at North East - where everyone seemed interested in making sure we were comfortable, informed, and happy with the truck. It truly felt like a team, and that we were welcomed into their home as valued guests. I highly recommend a visit to North East to meet Lann, Sam, and the entire team, when looking for a vehicle!!

I recently had some repairs done to my Explorer Sport by NEF, and they did an outstanding job! I try to stay with Ford repairs to keep the Ford quality at the highest level possible. Prior I mistakenly used another repair garage (because of time restraints) for some minor work which turned into a bigger job ($$) than needed. Expensive inferior work by them to say the least. I made the time and went to back North East Ford to determine the problems and fix them to Ford standards and that they did. Time does not always allow for car repairs but if you can (you need to) go to the service department because they can be trusted to do the best job for what needs to be done to make the car run properly and safely. I recently had tie rods replaced and the other mechanic did not even tighten down the nut to secure the tie rod in place. Driving was scarily. The mechanic showed me the problem and fixed it! Now my Sport drives like it is supposed to - solid! Totally recommend North East Ford in Millerton!
